Meet Craig Geyen, our December 2022 EconHero! Craig teaches at Monticello High School in Monticello, Minnesota.

Craig has been teaching courses in both Economics and College in the Schools Economics for the past 13 years. He majored in social studies education with an emphasis in economics and went on to pursue a master's in economics and entrepreneurship education from the University of Delaware.

"Craig has a passion for teaching and making connections with his students. His true strength lies in making students see how economics is relevant in their everyday lives and how classroom learning applies to the real world," said Craig's nominator.
