Congratulations to Erica Scripture, our September 2024 EconHero!

Erica teaches AP Microeconomics as well as Personal Finance and Economics at Statesboro High School in Statesboro, Georgia. A fellow educator nominated Erica, highlighting her innovation in the classroom, regular participation in professional development opportunities, and generosity towards less experienced colleagues. Upon learning of her selection Erica told us, "My main passion with teaching economics is to make it relevant to my learners so that they see that economics is all around them."
