Mickell McKinnon spent over a decade in the outdoor industry, where she developed a deep appreciation for experiential learning and the power of a well-run operation. A graduate of Utah State University, she now channels that foundation into her role as Operations Specialist at Econiful. Outside of the office, Mickell enjoys whitewater rafting, traveling, and long walks with her pup.
